The Eldred World War II Museum
This is the first location visitors to the Eldred World War II Museum
encounter upon arriving at the museum.  Visitors are greeted by
the staff and are given a brief history of the museum as well as the
National Munitions Company, a munitions plant that operated in
Eldred, Pa. during World War II.

Visitors will encounter a life-like display honoring the contribution
women made towards the war effort as well as munitions that were
produced at the National Munitions Company. Flags of all the Allied
nations hang from the ceiling, often surprising visitors that so many
nations joined together to defeat the Axis Powers.  Exhibits
